Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (BSW ICB) is committed to promoting the health of ICB colleagues through a safe working environment and safe practice, ensuring that colleagues and others are not exposed to unacceptable risk.
Rachael Backler, Director of Planning and Performance is responsible for Health and Safety at the ICB and the lead for Health and Safety is Yvonne Knight, Head of Risk and Information Governance.

Health and Safety responsibilities
BSW ICB makes a commitment to all ICB colleagues that we will provide a healthy and safe working environment. The Health and Safety Statement of Commitment has been signed by Sue Harriman, Chief Executive Officer as part of the Health and Safety Management Policy.
ICB colleagues also have responsibilities under the Health and Safety Management Policy and relevant legislation.
Generally, colleagues are expected to take care that their acts and/or omissions do not harm themselves or others and must abide by the safe working practices of the organisation.
As part of these responsibilities, the ICB requires all colleagues to undertake Health and Safety online training as part of their induction and mandatory training. You can complete this via ConsultOD.
The ICB recognises that your working arrangements have changed over the past few years and will endeavour to put in place procedures and risk assessments to help you keep safe.
