Moving and handling

On occasion, colleagues may need to move objects. To undertake each task in a safe manner, all colleagues are required to complete Manual Handling online training as part of their induction and refresher courses as stipulated. This training is available via ConsultOD.  

Colleagues should take care when moving IT and other equipment to and from their home and other locations, and safely setting it up. Further information is available in the Display Screen Equioment (DSE) section. Colleagues should discuss any concerns with safe moving and handling with their line manager.
