Rachael Backler, Director of Planning and Performance
Rachael joined us in August 2022 from Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust where she was Executive Director of Performance.
Prior to that, she was Deputy Director for the Primary Care and System Transformation Group at NHS England, where she played a key role in the development of Integrated Care Systems. She is a chartered accountant and has many years of consultancy experience, helping NHS organisations with financial, operational and strategic improvements.
